Meet the Creator
Hi, I’m Andy Steele, and I’m excited to guide you through your transition into instructional design. I began my career as an ESL and university‑level educator, so I understand firsthand what it feels like to shift from the classroom into a new professional identity. That experience shaped the way I support teachers today. After leaving teaching, I built a successful career as an instructional designer and now run an international instructional design company, partnering with organizations around the world to create effective, learner‑centered training solutions. I’ve worked across cultures, industries, and learning environments, and I bring that global perspective into everything I teach.
